SSM has defined and applied its own organizational and management “System” based on the international UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008. The system is able to constantly monitor internal processes and their efficiency.
The quality management system implemented, allows in particular to identify through appropriate checking systems, the processes that impact on the company’s capability regarding establishing the correct flow, the interaction and management of all the processes. Analysing periodically collected data, allows the assessment of the value of any one process and when necessary, to implement corrections.

Another key indicator of the quality of our services is reflected in the increase of customer satisfaction; this is due to our strategy of aiming at continuous improvement of the processes.
